When I drag the photo in, it WON'T enlarge, BUT, I can access the editor and wrap the text.

When I drop the URL in, the photo WILL enlarge, BUT, I can't access the editor to wrap the text.

I just tried again, and at one point, I had the picture in place with text wrapped around like it should, but there was a big empty picture box sitting in the middle of the blog, and I could get rid of it. Like a picture over a picture.

So, I deleted ALL the pics (the one's I could find on the page), and started again. And, I'm back to a wrapped pic that WON'T enlarge when you click on it...

Linda, it won't enlarge while you are in editor mode. Save what you have and try it outside the editor feature.

I have never been able to get my pics to enlarge by dragging. That's why I stopped writing articles. It would take me days of work to get the pics to open. If I dragged them they would automatically resize down. So I would have to work in html to enlarge them. Dave gave me a quick fix for my blog entry but it doesn't solve the problem permanently. I thought I was the only one till I saw Sassafras having the same problem....

Ok. I just made an interesting discovery. I posted an entry and a picture on a thread in another garden website, and knew I wanted that same post and pic over here. So, I just highlighted and copied everything, including the picture, came to my blog here and pasted it in.

Don't you know it all landed perfectly, AND, AND, AND, when you click on the pic, it ENLARGENS, like it should!!!!

Who knew?

And, even more, who KNOWS why this works or doesn't work when I try to start from scratch on my blog here?

Try it Boojum!

Type a post somewhere's else and put a pic in. Then just copy everything and drop it into your blog here. See if it might work for you, too. I don't know WHY it worked for me -- it just did. Like a breeze!

In your last post, the pics just keep cycling, and never open up when you click on one...

How did you do the post before that one, cause the pics get big when I click on them...

Dave gave me a quick fix. I put in in text.

What happens if you create a blog post, but never click the "publish" button? Will the system eventually purge draft blog posts?

No, they'll stay there forever. I have a blog post still sitting in my in progress queue from July 2011.

You can delete those you know!

How? I tried to delete one and it won't go away!

There's a link in the Preview area to delete it.
