I'm not sure what you mean by form. I am a iris twitt.
The plant is smaller than a TBI and the blooms are smaller too but it might be the diffacult spot where it's growing.
I see its a TBI But not in my garden.
JoAnn -- well kind of a funky, not robust look to it. Hard to explain. Mine is also shorter than a TB, and the flower smaller. I've been disappointed in it. Here's a picture of it from last year:
Mine wasnt as fully open as yours. I was given a bunch of small plants 2 years ago. They were labled but I just planted all in the same spot. I am waiting for blooms to id them.
Mine has only one bloom stalk and since I have rot in the area I hope I see it next year.
It is Bonnie -- looks like it's on it's way to becoming incredible -- but just didn't get there. And very small flowers. I'm hoping that it's the environment and not the Iris.
JoAnn -- I hope yours survives -- I'll be interested in your opinion in a year or two!
Thoughts become things -- choose the good ones. (www.tut.com)
Meanwhile--great 'jack', Ken. Weeding & the MTBs look great. Iris tour tomorrow & I won't get a chance to take a photo. Leaving too early & light will be bad on our return.

Paul, those warm toned beards on white irises really stand out. I really have more white irises than I had planned but the beards make all the difference. Great photos and great irises.
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?
Ken Yes, there is a very strong resemblance! Mine came identified as Skating Party, but obviously isn't. It is a really nice iris though, with great substance - so it has a permanent home in my garden.
