I feel like the answer to this is going to be something obvious lol and I am going to be embarrassed. So if I have Plant1 in my want list and I acquire the plant, I want to switch it over to the want list. How do I do that short of having to delete it from the list, search it back up on the database and re-add it as a have?

Go into your list and click on the edit icon for the plant in question. Then you can change it from Want to Have.

OK I finally figured it out. I thought that icon was to add notes about the plant, I didn't realize what all it was for

You can even do it from the entry itself. Click on the » In your list! which is where the blue 'add this plant' button would be if you didn't have it already in your inventory list. You then get the same edit function.
