We had a thunderstorm but luckily we didn't get the hail! Here is the garden afterwards.

The lilac wall I planted on the berm is now blooming. There are 7 different lilacs including 2 Pres. Lincoln, 2 Primrose, 1 Beauty of Moscow and 2 Sensation.

Back to cameo quince.

Iris lactea is blooming.

In the shade garden, Buddha is surrounded by Aquilegia canadensis, our local columbine.

And my Primula sieboldiis have started. This is a Marty and Jan hybrid, I think it's Lacy Lady.

This is amazing! Chris Darrow's (Olallie Daylilies) species x has a bloom!

My Clematis Josephine started opening today, it seems happy in that spot running up the cage.

The Jack in the Pulpit is unfolding in the bog, I am happy to see it returning again.

Calanthe x Kozu is now open. This is the second year it bloomed in the cage! The grass was cut nearby and some dust attached to the blooms, hopefully it is not too distracting.

I like Lily of the Valley and I have a lot of them blooming right now. But - I am really pleased to see the variegated/striped form coming back.
