I got a deal on a these a few years back, so I have quite a few scattered around. I like the dark stems and they do well for me.
This one is a volunteer seedling from Magnus, (I used to have one behind the yarrow but I gave it to someone with a sunny spot to fill) so it's either Magnus or a fine hybrid--blooming this year so I guess we'll see what the bees made
My favorite white, Fragrant Angel, is just starting to think about thinking about it...
Hot Papaya, moved it from an area with too much pink into a new garden last fall; it seems to be making a go of it
and Summer Sky, moved it last fall, too--from an area with bad soil and too much shade. It seems happier, but it's still a pretty wimpy plant

Merlot looks like a strong grower, love the pink color echoes and the dark stems. This one goes on my list!

Mary Kay I think your purple echs are Magnus because they hold their petals out to side, the original echs hold their petals angled down a bit. The double rows of petals, not sure what is the deal with that, if not Magnus then a cultivar I've not seen.
I also have Fragrant Angel, only the second year and it came back much more sturdy than the first year. At first I couldn't smell their scent but in the evenings I can notice it.

I made an impulse buy last night (which I seldom do...really). Piccolino. Needed a short coneflower for my corner. Anyone tried this one? Please tell me it's good.....

Mine died in the pot, I got it during the summer and forgot to water it. LOL.

Which one did you start from seed? Were they store bought or collected from plant?
