I am looking for an ID to this plant that is growing in my garden, I don't remember planting it, how about it Neil, do you know what it is?

Cleome, spider plat, also has a slight smell, like a shunk.
Same thing as these with the volunteer Sunflower.

Oh Charleen are you gonna share that with the birds?

yep Cleome is what I figured also. Can't find them around here and I THOUGHT I had seeds........that is what I get for trying to think. Nada, nothing and not at the greenhouses, Nurseries or garden centers. Whats up with that?

I just took a walk in my back yard, happen to have my camera when I saw this butterfly on the butterfly bush.

He/she then went over to visit my cone flowers
