Time to share your photos of all those wonderful tall/upright sedum in your gardens. This is the time of the year they produce all those lovely late season blooms.
Here are three in one of my raised beds. In spite of heat and drought, only watered a few times this summer, they are still putting on a show.
Left to right: Hylotelephium telephium subsp. telephium Candy™ Chocolate Drop, Hylotelephium spectabile 'Elsie's Gold' and Sedum SunSparkler® Blue Pearl

Here is 'Beach Party' growing with Hylotelephium sieboldii, left photo. Right photo is H. spectabile 'Hot Stuff' growing with 'Plum Perfection' on it's left, 'Chocolate Drop' on the right, with 'Blue Pearl' and 'Elsie's Gold' in the back.

Mine have almost all bloomed out...and I they were in a spot that was watered regularly until I noticed that it was happening, but the leaves on them have all turned funky - not pretty...there's always next year!!! Sad

Mine got almost no water this entire summer. And I think they really love this sandy loam that I put in the raised beds last year.

Here is 'Blue Pearl'. Boy did this one get tall, 23 inches to the top of the flower heads. And absolutely no flopping over. I love this sedum.

Lynn yes that is gorgeous! I know mine have gotten too much water (I've only had them for a couple years) so will make sure and place them somewhere that they don't get watered by the sprinklers. Also when I water any of these succulents, I also try and ground water, just a bit at their feet
I tip my hat to you.

Beautiful Julia.
How tall is the 'Rosenteller'? Wonder if it is the same height as 'Hot Stuff'?
Did you know there are no photos in the database for 'Orange Xenox'?
No entry in the database for Hylotelephium spectible 'Rosenteller'?

There are acorns out there to be earned. Hurray!

Cinta I look forward to seeing your tall sedum photos. Eye candy for all of us.

Greg, I bet it is short enough to use in one of your raised beds.

Samuel Oliphant This was such a beautiful plant when I bought it. Had pink edges on the leaves reverted back to the parent plant. Crying I don't think they sell it any more.

Sunkissed the bloom is a nice yellow but the plant is spindly.

Winkey. Hope it's better looking next year!!
