Sherry, your potted plants are looking good, and I'd guess you can control the water better that way for now. They should do well for you.

I'm recovering from last night's rib fest! Ate way too much, and of course the wine went down way too easy. I get to pay the price today!
I think this is the best batch of ribs I've ever made, I tried a different approach this time. Anyway, today I will be digging irises for two boxes to ship. I picked 3, 5 gallon pails of tomatoes yesterday that I need to can, and if time allows finish mowing the lawn. Tomorrow I take the dog to the vet early to start her on insulin.
Looks like we may have had some frost, it's 30 degrees here now. That means the sweet potatoes will need to be dug, and the tomatoes will end soon.
