Yes, sweet is how I think of it. It doesn't knock my socks off, but it seems to be a reliable rebloomer here. I'm going to try to get better about fertilizing on a schedule to try to entice some more of the so-called rebloomers I've got to throw out some autumn flowers.

I am going to group my re-bloomers in one bed this coming summer. That will make it easier to give them some extra care to induce re-bloom without worrying that I am harming the other ones. Then we will see how they perform.

Measure height (though Fall heights tend to be shorter than Spring heights). Does it have PBF? Note features like beard color, ruffles, ect. then off to pictures for comparison. Good luck!

I thought it might be Lemon Reflection because there is not a whole lot of ruffling .. maybe an older Iris, even though still pretty ... and who doesn't love an Iris bloom in October, especially in the colder zones.

But I'm not sure how the height is measured for registration with the AIS.

This yellow Iris measures from bottom to top of that first bloom at 33". No PBF.

What I did in my search quest was use the database here and check for all those TB Iris that rebloom, looking for yellow. Also looked at several other Iris websites that made a listing page of their rebloomers to check for any that were yellow.

And thanks for listing the other possible Iris ... hope to check those out.

I would have posted a photo of Roselle Figge in rebloom (first time for me), but we got some real heavy winds (with rain) and it knocked the stalk down. Should have cut it ... laying on ground it gets all slug chewed.

Missed this and didn't photograph "Best Bet" at the end of September (X). Two clumps in two different spots timed about a week apart. Last cut stem left the vase about 5 days ago.

First re-bloom on those clumps was in '09 circa Halloween and my Dad died a bit more than a week later. They were strong bloomers into November and very new to me as my older specimens/varieties never offered any re-bloom..

Did catch one, 9-09-2014 (excuse the grassy weeds please, back end of the bed)
