Had fettucini with cold tomato sauce/salsa/something of that sort, anyway. Canned tomatoes, seasonings, lemon juice, and olive oil run through the blender and eaten as it comes out of the bowl. Run the cooked pasta under cold water until it is room temperature.

Too warm here, still. Don't eat hot foods until the weather cools down--room temp or lukewarm at best. Big Grin

It's a bit nippy in the morning but we haven't had to run the heat yet either, the house is pretty well insulated. It's only nippy when I go outside in the morning but I can't stay inside the house --- I *have* to have my outdoor "fixes".

I know exactly where Ponce Inlet is. At one time we lived in Ormond and before that in Flagler Beach. You stay a good bit warmer than we do but I'm loving the cold. Spent 90% of our lives down Jupiter way & have had ENOUGH of sizzling. Hilarious!

We could use rain, but this beautiful non-oven sunshine is wonderful. Not ready for January. Of course, if it were January, there wouldn't be any mosquitoes...hmm...nah, I'll just keep spraying the Deet. Hilarious!

Debra, for some dumb reason, the bugs down here went away after Sept when it rained 17 inches during the month. I don't understand; I'm just grateful! Beautiful here for the next 5 days. I'll finish planting daylilies tomorrow!!!!!!!
