Here are the ones I am going after next year.

Beverly Sills
Dusky Challenger
Hello Darkness
Honky Tonk Blues
Edith Wolford
Song of Norway
Sea Power
Mesmerizer
Babbling Brook
Silverado

I had "Edith Wolford" but lost her to the dreaded iris borer. I talked to a friend in Harrisburg and she has at least three of these listed; so I am already on the road to success.

I'm not on ATP much either--sorry for the slow response. All but Beverly Sills and Edith Wolford are new this year, so I can't really say yet. Just based on the growth over the last couple of months, though, I'm already worried that Conjuration will turn out to be a weed. I got Copper Lustre and Great Lakes at the local iris society sale, so I assume those do well here. I've heard that San Francisco is a little bit tender, but of the 40+ historics that I got from the HIPS sale it is doing the best so far, so I'd hate to lose it this winter. I'll probably rig up some sort of protection for it.

Brett,

Conjuration is indeed a great grower. Just when you think your season is over, it burst onto the scene.

I wonder how some of the Dyke's winners ever won! They have pretty blooms, but it's not ALL about pretty. There are several that just don't grow well, here, at least, and some (Victoria Falls is one example) that just won't stand well...Arlyn
