Tonight's Pick is from Napa and was a Picture Book Seedling loved the color and form.

Oh, so not fair Brad! Making us want what we can't have yet.... I LOVE both the Mid-America and Napa seedlings. They're both stunning in different ways. I think I need a bib....

Celia, this is where the hard core iris addicts hang out. lol So glad you found it. As long as there are a few people who are waiting for a new photo to be posted and dreaming iris dreams..... well, we are in good company.... normal really....

The photos in these threads are the next best thing to standing by the iris. You can almost feel the sunshine and smell the earth they are growing in. They look so real I expect to see a breeze playing among the falls. And the newly created irises are just phenomenal.

"Hard core addicts" -- well, I never thought of it quite that way, but that's absolutely accurate, isn't it???

Except I prefer to use 'enthusiasts'

I'm glad you guys enjoy the seedlings trying to show the ones that look to be promising but without living with them have no idea how they grow or if any of them will make the cut but the flowers are One of the fun things I tried to do with the little bit of time I had in these gardens was to look at the ones that were brand new seedlings or flowering in the group for the 1st time and try to pick which one if they were mine would I keep and try to line out and grow and in some instances it seemed easy as the one that I really liked stood out and was Waving at me like this one in Kieth's Garden it was Gorgeous.



Then I walked a few feet down and the choice is harder to make cause I like them all This cross really stood out all the flowers were unique and all had great color impact, ruffles and good form, I think he hit the Jackpot again I hope to find something cool like this at home in one of my seedling patches one day these were a real treasure so the big question for the group is Which One would you guys pick ?? if you only get to have 1
