Shrug! Maybe he thought it would be good exercise? Or is worried that it will end up freezing & there will be ice?

I agree He was probably worried about ice. We had that problem here and in Utah. Had to get that snow moved when it would rain, or it would turn into a skating rink.

It got to 70 today! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

Shrug! Maybe but the weather is much warmer lately. Or maybe he figured throw that snow out onto the road and it will dissapear.

"Or maybe he figured throw that snow out onto the road and it will dissapear."

This may have indeed been his thought.

I mopped the floors yesterday. Today I was out on the back porch as well as outside on the carport & I had on flip flops (86 here) & had to come in the house to get something; I usually kick my flip flops off just outside the door & walk in the house barefoot but today I didn't as I was going right back out. When I later walked back into the house I gasped at the floor. There were the prints of my flip flops in pollen. A trail exactly where I had walked as if I had stepped in talcum powder & walked on the floor. Blinking Blinking Oh yeh! The pollen is coating everything now!!!!!!! I swept the front porch today & you should have seen the clouds of pollen dust! Thumbs down Thumbs down

Rita, we would probably do the same thing at the end of our driveway, if it freezes it is a real hazard.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed Linda about the allergies. Who knows when they will surface? I do have some allergies but they reared their head a few weeks ago & at the moment seem to have passed.

Oh dear on the pollen!

It is raining rather hard now so the temps are up there. No danger of snow right now. So I am thinking no danger of freezing right now.

Yesterday and the day before during my exercise walks with my dog in the daytime I did see lots of homeowners out there chipping ice off the ends of their driveways. nodding

Kelli, your weather was in our news this morning due to the up coming marathon this weekend. It is going to be HOTTTTTTTTT!!!!! Sighing!
I always clear the end of my driveway especially after the plows go by before that mess freezes. I also clear a path for the mail lady to pull up next to my mail box. If it's not cleared they are not obligated to deliver. Most of our snow has melted. The mounds are shrinking. Going up to about 50°f today.

It feels warm outside right now. 50 and high of 52 but I'm thinking this early in the day that the temp may go higher. Hurray! Hurray!
