We had rain and fog today, too! And like Shannon, I've also got lots of mud for wrestling. The fog was so thick before sunset that I couldn't see past the window!

Looks like a week of rain here, with maybe a break on Wednesday. After a very soggy start to the year, it finally dried out enough so that we could get some yard work done. The rain is appreciated now, because things had dried out enough to need it.

It got up to at least 91F yesterday. Today they are calling for a high of 88F which means it will probably be around 91F again at my house. At least the mornings are pleasant and I got a lot of plant work done, repotting and thinning succulents and getting rid of dead stuff. Normally, it won't stay this hot from now until the end of summer but we always get an unseasonably brutal spell in the spring, though usually that comes in April, usually in time to finish off my tulips. (No tulips this year, the winter was too mild.)

Been nice here...even left the GH open last night with the heater off Need to check the long range forecast (guess) to see when stuff can move out.

Not a nice day here. It feels cold and really damp plus the wind is blowing. No sun either.

Ugly day here, 34 degrees, overcast and now we are having a snow shower.

Away with the snow!!! I truly hope we are done with the snow here for this season.

It's raining, so of course my DH is washing the truck. He is weird. It's almost too foggy to even see the truck.

Rita, there is no telling what he is thinking! He's obsessed with a clean truck. That is all I know.

His reply, when I just asked why he was washing the truck in the rain, was that he didn't have to dry it. Over 30 years together, and I still haven't figured him out. I don't think there is any hope of success with that at this point.

I washed and waxed the car yesterday so expect a hurricane to hit later this week. I am fussy about the car too.

I totally understand this. You see if you wash it when it isn't raining then you have to dry it or it will spot but if the rain falls on it before it has dried then the rain water will not leave spots on a clean car. Ask Mark if that isn't true.

I'm not asking. You two are twins, so I trust that it is the truth.

We are expecting a super day today and then it's back to normal. Expecting a high of about 75°f. 48, 50 53 and 59 after that.
