It is a nice 60F and 60% humidity...just sharing the warmth for all those in deep freezer temps.

Oh does that look good right now to us here is the deep freeze!

I was just thinking here I am paying with my dog and doing training games we have learned from Recallers. All because my baby is bored as it is too cold to do our exercise walk. But even without the walk she gets plenty of attention. I can't ignore my dog, not that I want too. But she makes sure I pay attention to her as she is often looking for petting and attention. She also loves playing the games.

51 here with heavy over cast and a few very fine sprinkles. I have a big pot of homemade chicken vegetable noodle soup bubbling away for tonight's dinner. Smells so good.

Ann, so far, so good on the pipes. It is now 33 degrees and the sun is shining directly on the wall right behind the pipes. No water is visible, fingers still crossed--pizza is looking better all the time.

Primarily Polled Dorset, but I did have a Finnsheep and black Romney. Occasionally crossed those last two with the Dorsets.

Its 3:20 PM on Thursday here near Augusta, Georgia. If you are in the house, its a beautiful sunny day outside. If you are outside, not so much! The temperature has reached our predicted high of 32 degrees, up from about 17 degrees this morning. The dormants have already lost their foliage and now the evergreens and the SEV's are mostly laying on the ground. I guess the positive note is that if I pay attention I will be able to tell which of my seedlings are evergreen and which are actually SEV.

25 here this morning at 8:45....now it is back down to 37. Not sure how high it got, but not much beyond that I'm sure. Already turned the pump light on so as not to forget later...better a burning bulb then a frozen well pump especially since I spent $426.00 on Tuesday to have the check valve replaced....$300.00 was labor Might even lock the sliding glass door tonight so Dixie can't open it...wish I had last night.

No pizza, yet. Ate soup and now I don't want it.

We are a balmy 21 this morning. The day before we woke up to 4 degrees. I am hoping all my plants make it.

We got about 2 inches of snow overnight and because it was so windy last night, it looks like a lot more. Sure is cold though, about 12 degrees with cloudy skies.
