The color of Buttered Popcorn...whether it's clear yellow or golden yellow or gold or Cheetos orange.

I am not home right now to look at my pictures of Buttered Popcorn, but offhand I don't remember it changing color that much. And I have had it in the same spot for 14 years.

Here's a Faulkner small daylily that was new last year. I had tried one of his other ones (Miss Piggy's Wedding) and it met our heat and quickly disappeared. This one at least put out a few blooms. We will see about it it's 2nd year if it overwinters:
