'Foolish Dragon'


I'm extra excited for this one! I may be wrong, but I believe it's my first Selman daylily (that's not why I bought it!). Now...if I can just get my mitts on a Derrow I like, and can afford...

I need to spend some time updating my daylily spreadsheet. Not only do I have a whole lot to add, I also need to include/add details like hybridizer, year, scape height, flower size, fragrance, and other unique characteristics. It's gonna take some doing, and I'm so very lazy.

@mrkgdickie Ken, you might want to get Plantstep. Even if you don't want to hybridize great to put your daylilies in fills in a lot of the info for you so you don't have to type it all.and can put in your photos, season info etc. Best thing it doesn't cost a fortune think it was about $30. You can also add all your other perennials if you a so inclined in separate sections. I really like it & I don't have to worry about my spreadsheet disappearing when I do something stupid,

Nice selection, Mike! I'm always amazed at how white the bud is on that very red bloomed Forsyth White Buds.

Another alphabet thread that I can't believe I haven't contributed to. Betty, I just love that picture of 'Fried Green Tomatoes'. So many other nice ones. 'Foolish Dragon' looks very nice!

Fever - a nice bud builder that doesn't start blooming until mid-July. It would probably do better in full sun too.

Fooled Me - this was going down hill, so I divided it last year. Am hoping for a spectacular show either this year or next.
