I'm not the best person to ask - my plant arrived in terrible shape and after two years of intensive care it flowers now but it is still one fan. I was told that it is not very hardy so at the moment it's potted and protected - maybe next year I can tell you more but it's an older cultivar, I'm sure others have more experience with it.
I've bought it for its distinctive eye to use the frozen pollen for crossing with pale very late ones.

It shows on the database that 16 members have Indian Sky, but it appears that many of them have not posted anything for a few years. But @Joy, @bluegrassmom, @GaNinFl, and @beckygardener have it on their plant list, so maybe some of them will respond about how it has performed for them.

I didn't realize that Indian Sky was only 22 inches tall. I wonder if it gets taller than that.

Mine has been grown in a container so that may effect it's performance compared to plants grown in the ground.

I plan to move it to a raised bed this year as it hasn't been performing very well the last couple years. I get very few blooms now.

@Nightlily, glad to hear that about Insider Trading, planted it last Fall. I only have two, adding Ida's Magic this year.

In regards to Indian Sky .... mine was grown in a container and it was 21-22" tall. The bloom was a knock-out! It was an absolutely gorgeous bloomer. Unfortunately, like many of mine do, they eventually die. I think I had it for 3 years before it decreased to the point of no return. But that is my climate and area. Root knot nematodes and the heat kill all my daylilies eventually.....
