I think he knows better when it comes to my garden spending... not to start anything cuz I COULD just be spending it on shoes. But I don't so there. LOL

Thank You! Big Grin Green Grin! Big Grin

Yeah, Lynn, who needs a closet full of shoes when you can have a beautiful garden instead Angel (besides I have enough shoes right now lol)

I'm kind of sad I didn't get to bid on the semp (if I had lost the crassula I would have bid on the semp). Now I will have to try and get a semp to even things up a little.

Taking suggestions for a hardy and colourful one I can plant out Smiling

Here are a few that are tough and colorful, and they have been around for many decades and can be found pretty much around the world.
S. 'Killer', S. 'Jungle Shadows', S. 'Dark Cloud', S. 'Flasher', S. 'Fuego',

You know, I can't find a single one of those you named in Australia?! Not from anyone online anyway. Maybe they are here but under different names because Australia always has confuse us. I am considering S. 'Atropurpureum' Not just for the name, but it looks like a beautiful var. I wonder how hardy it is.

Yep Bev you nailed it! It's a Crassula purpureum. Just pray I don't kill it.

This is an as yet unidentified semp. I think it's a tectorum something but can't identify the exact name. Seems to need a lot of sun or else it etoliates.

She's a beauty.
