The blue ones that bloom in spring are the ones I have. I remember planting at least 10 and got 3 up. Then the next year 2, the next 1. So I think they aren't the easiest! I have well drained sandy soil so not sure what the problem is.

I got my Winterberry Order yesterday, late in the day. There were 2 bonuses, Coral Chimes (an IB) and Morgan (an SDB). I don't like the colors of Morgan personally but it said it is fragrant so I planted it anyways. Coral Chimes on the other hand is right up my alley! lol I managed to get them planted with the mosquitoes buzzing around biting. I am heading to the beach for a few days so I had to get it done. Hopefully my other orders don't come until next week. My husband will be home so He can take them in but that;s about it. Plus I usually try not to let him see all the stuff I order! lol

Just checked and I have an email that my Mid American order shipped yesterday! Looks like hubbie will be getting that one! Maybe I can tell him to open the box up and leave it in the garage.

Have a great time at the beach! Post a photo for those of us living vicariously... Rolling my eyes.

I think I dug up most of my anemones, without noticing. The corms are so small! My shed garden just never is the way I want it, let's say a work in progress. Smiling

Great. I hope that it doesn't get washed away.
Our garden had a subtraction. One trunk of a double trunked pine tree had come down this winter & tree firm was here to rescue it from leaning on another tree & so cause problems. We also had them take a branch off a beech tree with was causing 'low' shade. Now sun can get in that part of a bed.

Sneaky photography! lol If you wait until late in the afternoon you can find spots where there's no people. However my Aunt lives there and there is no public parking nearby her house. So it is residents and renters. If you look at the left of the first pic there is a bunch of people. That is near the public parking access.
