I agree with Neal, Kathy; some of the sprouts are longer than would be desirable, and if you can avoid breaking them off it would be best, but if they do break your potatoes will still grow. Smiling

Many had sprouts much longer than yours.
I bury deep and make sure the sprout is completely covered.
Mine came up a good bit faster this year than average so I give credit to the long sprouts.
