Yes these are pretty common here and bloom in Spring (late May early June).

This is the only photo I can find right now, not quite the whole tree but you get the idea.



Laburnum arches were quite the fashion for Victorians, I think Bodnant garden in Wales has a fine one.

I get the idea, and just fell in love with this, beyond beautiful! What a feast for my eyes, thank you! Thank You!
