I had to post this picture of 'Raspberry Ripple'. It's from Australia. It has never looked so bright before!

Would that be considered a "red", Hetty. Did you root it from a cutting or get it already rooted?

This one is from Australia, and pretty much anything that I pay money for (and I did, in this case) I get grafted.
I would consider this a bi-color.

I only have. One successful graft will try again this year.

In the early morning the dew on the flowers is sometimes only noticeable after taking a close-up picture.

I am getting ready to uproot a plumeria and place in a large pot. Is there anything I need to be careful of doing/not doing to the roots? I am not familiar with the format of this forum so do not know if I am even in the right page.

You've come to the right place.
How big is this plumeria? A picture would be helpful.
You need very well draining soil, and a pot that drains too. Other than that, if the plant should go into shock after transplanting you may want to cut off the leaves so it can direct its energy to making new roots.

Thank you for responding. Do not have a picture--it has 3 branches coming from a short trunk and they are about 3 feet in length. I am wondering whether air-layering will work on plumerias. If so, I think I will air-layer the branches first and after cutting off rooted branches, then I will uproot the main plant. Does that sound like a winner?

Airlayering is rarely done in plumeria. If (as I suspect from your location) it is spring where you are, I would recommend taking the cuttings, letting them callous for a week in a shady but well-ventilated space, and then planting them in a well-draining soil.
The main plant will put out new shoots from the old leaf scars so you could have 4 plants when all is said and done

Do you mean that you can actually air-layer a plumeia, Hetty?

I tried air layering but was unsuccessful The Branches I tried to air layer thankfully survived. One is still on the mother plant with a large scar , 1 is now growing in a pot with sucullents, and 1 I tried to root but almost killed is now grafted on my Hausten White. Maybe I was unsuccessful because I tried it on my Dwarf Pink Singapore, which is hard to root.
