They also offer 4 and a half inch plastic pots of Evolvulus 'Blue My Mind' for $5.99 (on the link above)

From their email (regarding the 8 inch pots).......

These can be transplanted into hanging baskets and patio pots for a huge jump on the season.

Will be available to start shipping in mid April depending on your hardiness zone.
