You're on your way!

My first bloom will be today. I already know that this will be a NoID as it is listed as an IB that blooms mid season and this is going to be a early SDB.

My IB's started opening with my SDB's, and the dwarfs all came together regardless of if they were early vs late bloomers this year. I think my TB's are more on the correct schedule, but this year has been crazy and everything is early. (Sooooo, I hope yours is not a Noid).

I know it is. I got this from the local guy who moved to Florida. Except i did not get it last year, but the year before. They did not tell me (and a few other folks) that they were cutting back that year and had one of their four beds all dug up. They gave to their friends and church folks, then announced at the picnic that they had all of this stuff out of the ground and come get it. It had been out of the ground for about 3 weeks. I took my time and arrived four days later. Not much was there. Since I had taken pictures in their garden in 2010 & 2012, I had a good idea what I wanted. The one about to bloom is "Cashmere Rose". However, the bud looks like a "Rimaround", but it is very small. So I am sure it is a SDB. If I can ID it, that would be great. If I like it I will keep it and try to ID. If I don't like it it will be "composted". If I can ID it, but don't like it, I will pot it up for sale at my upcoming event. I should be able to get 4 - 6 pots out of it.

Poor little dwarf. So much decision making depending on it's bloom. I hope it is lovely and not composted.

The single stem of 'Wild Whispers' is about to finish. I felt the fans of pumila Keystone Oracle & didn't feel a stem. Disappointing as I wanted the pollen.

It bloomed! I don't care for it. It is small (SDB) and not on the garden list I got from them (probably because it was in the bed they got rid of the year before). Now onto some research. First stop, Sutton!
