@Sheridragonfly it is better to post these photos directly to the database where they can be seen and enjoyed by everyone (rather than just those who venture into this one discussion thread.)

Click on "Plant Database" on the top right.

Then in the search box, type, for example, "Edith Wolford" and the iris will come up. Click on that, then click on "Upload a photo" over on the left.

Maybe the posting to the database needs to be clarified in the opening of the article Dave. nodding

I have some absolutely beautiful Iris coming soon, but the tags blew off in a blizzard and they have no names. I do not want to show pictures that are not identified unless you have a special page for just NOIDs. If there is a place for those poor plants, please let me know. They are so pretty and a shame not to share their beauty, but now they are among the unknowns.

Life is "mind over matter". If I d
I have had this "crazy-colored" iris for a few years now. Two of them.
Finally--I think I know the name of it, thanks to your listing of favorite
Iris's. "Border bearded Iris "Batik"
....see Picture #1.
...Picture #2--Is this the same one? Just slightly different coloration?
--Picture #3---I have had this one for almpst 10 years. I used to call it "Snowcap"--
Now--looking at the iris photos--seems it is called "Stairway to heaven". Is this correct?

Thanks. Gita

Gita, try posting this in the Iris Forum, there is a current Noid thread going here:
The thread "Season of the NOid's" in Irises forum

One and three are Bayik, # 2 is something different with a plicata pattern, so many of them it's hard to ID.
