You have a beautiful lush garden and fantastic blooms,..i hope your summer began as it should,..ours started on the 1st of May then decided to regress a month giving us hailstones then temperatures up to 33C-88F for a few days before hailstones began again,..me thinks we are out of sync.

Loved reading your post as i can well relate to my own teens back in the 60's,..i would prefer the person i am now,..a tad slower but more surefooted lol.

Thank you Phillip. Our summer has begun with nice temperatures and adequate rainfall. However, we've had some storms recently that have damaged iris plants and vegetables like tomato and potato plants. Winds have been a negative factor also, but we go on! It would be nice to get gentle steady rains, but no; it comes in torrents here in the Midwest! I pity you with the hailstones! Those are bad news anytime!

Oh the 60's: How can I ever forget those wonderful summers! That decade was an education for me! Again, thanks for reading.
