What is wrong with it Dylan? Might it be getting to much sun?

It could be Lynn it only gets about 4 hours morning sun and the rest of the day bright shade at 73 degrees and I water it every single night at least 8 fl oz.

If you could post a picture of the plant, that would help us a lot to help you, Dylan.

But it does sound like too much sun for a fuschia, especially as far south as TN. They like shade. All day.

See if you can find a cool, breezy shady spot to hang it for a week or so and see if it recovers. These are plants that do really well in the Pacific Northwest where I originally lived. They like cool, moist conditions. I'll bet your temperatures have been going up lately, yes?

Are those bare stems where it's been dropping leaves? When you water it, does the water drain out the bottom pretty well? If you hang it in the shade, maybe let it dry out for a day or so, as well.

Some of it looks crispy. I agree with too much sun.

Yes Elaine the temp has been rising but its a strictly inside plant and the bare stems are from dropped leaves and we don't water it till it dripps out the bottom just light watering every morning and night but the soil does get dry through the course of the day from the heat coming off the window that's why my Persian shield does so good it sits atop a water pan so is not to soak but the water evaporate and make humidity

Ah ha, growing it indoors is good for keeping it cool, but going to be a bit tough through the summer as you're probably running a/c now. They like cool, but also humidity.

I'd start watering it really well, once a day rather than lightly twice. Hold it over the sink and run the water through until it flows out the bottom.

Still, you do need to keep it out of the direct sun. Can you hang it in the kitchen or the bathroom? They're the most humid places in most homes. If not, hang up something to shade it from the direct sun in the window where it's been. But it still may be getting too hot.
