When I try to "Import" it will not recognize the card reader. It gives me only one option (in their eyes), the old computer that we got rid of almost 3 years ago.

I removed Picasa, then reinstalled it.

I went to Picasa's help center but didn't find an answer.

Should I keep removing and reinstalling until it recognized my card reader?

Your card reader could be bad....or the driver software has become corrupt.
Unplug your card reader...wait a few minutes and plug back in, then see if your computer recognizes the card reader and auto installs the driver for it....If not you may need a new card reader.

You're a gem. Thanks for your help. I just unplugged the card reader (2 years old) and will give it another try. How I wish Picasa's help section would have included your thoughts.
