Oh poo on the visitor who doesn't care for narrow paths. I am with you! I love a garden where the plants are just cheek by jowl and all over the place. My spouse is the same as your visitor...he can't stand any plant so much as brushing him when he walks through the garden. Last year, he hacked the lower branches off a lovely mimosa at the base of our deck steps because he claimed he "couldn't get through there"....the branches were barely brushing the top of his head. *shakes head* Ah well. To each his own.
The end is nothing, the journey is all.

Hi Annie,..as you posted,..to each his own,..nice to know you also like being close to the plants,..some of my containers are three foot tall so i plant strongly scented plants like Wallflowers in them,..brushing against Mints and Sage including Curry plants is nice as well.
