This is a VERY dangerous thread!!

Last summer I had a wish list of about 35 and I ended up buying ALL of them...

This time I don't even dáre to look at my (new) wishlist

I just know that I keep added to it..

I agree. With the large size of the bloom and the nice tall sturdy scape, looks like a real garden show stopper!

In the space of time that this thread was first started i was able to add at least 65 new cultivars to my garden. My wishes were granted as far as Pandora's Treasure,Wild Irish and Open My Eyes. I cannot wait until next spring to see how they perform in my garden.

This past year (mostly since summer), I have added 49. No more room but will be culling some plants in my seedling beds to make room for new seedlings. I was on a mission to collect registered daylilies that show rust resistance. So far, my collection looks to be so! And of course, I have 1 or 2 rusty daylilies in the registered beds to verify that they do show rust resistance.

Oh for sure. I will have so many pics to take for my garden album i may have to buy more chips for the camera. I think my real Christmas will come very late sometime in late June of next year. I also grow Christmas Ribbons and Holiday Happiness.

Like a few others, I am trying to downsize the daylilies. When it starting taking 2-3 hours a day to deadhead them, I knew I had too many. Also, with age, it gets harder to divide them. Strange too to realize that the longer I grow them, the more I find I really like some of the very plain ones like Sandra Elizabeth. I now have 4 clumps of that one just because it is such a late season bloomer and such a nice clear yellow.

A few on other's wish lists that I grow are Viola Francois, Indian Sky and Laura Harwood. VF is a stunner. It's sending up a rebloom scape for me now and I so hope it gets to open before frost. Indian Sky is an old favorite I will most likely always grow. Laura H has good days and bad days for me and may be on the to go list next year. When she is good she is very good, but does not always fully open and is sometimes blotchy.

Susan - I have started a second Daylily of the Day poll. I would love it if you would post Viola Francois and Indian Sky on your list. (We already featured Laura Harwood.) I love the blooms on Indian Sky and would probably love Viola Francois, too, if it wasn't showing rust susceptibility. Northerners would probably love VF!

I've had VF rot twice for me. I tried again this fall to get another one and the vendor told me it was rotting for her. I give up! Hope that one of the plants I'm getting next week will become a long-time favorite!

on those fronts. I really like the diploids that Luddy released. Especially after seeing how GREEN IMPERIAL PIGEON and EMERALD DOVE were in person this season.

And the greens from Pat! I ordered 2 along with Grace's new minis.
