When I was young and we had little chickens, I would call and flip over a board or move a rock and they would eat everything that moved . It was a lot of fun , but they can then become a pest always under foot and in the way of weeding and such. Smiling

Plants Admin

I tried that yesterday, brought them a piece of driftwood when I had them out on the lawn that was full of those rolly polly bugs, they looked at them and not a one grabbed any. Silly chicks, they didn't know what they were missing! I'm sure that will be different as they get older!
