Mint Fizz and Mambo are both great. I used to have problems with Orientals, but the last couple of years they have been doing better. May have to start ordering more of them. They are so pretty!

Although it does seem highly dependent on genetics as far as how well Orientals will perennialize in the garden, I've found a generous addition of peat and compost upon planting is beneficial to them. I think shading the root system is more important with Orientals than other Lilies too.

Ohhh, love Mambo. I used to have Stones, which was a beautiful deep pink-red, but my daughter fell in love with it, and I let her take it. Then reordered Stones, and it was orange. I'll have to go hit her up for some of the bulbs. But I will search out Mambo. (And yes, I realize Mambo is oriental, but I just love the color, and it reminded me of Stones.)
