A trumpet from the stock of Ed McRae, purchased a few years back from the Pacific Northwest Lily Society, affectionately known as PNWLS.

Beautiful!

Someone asked the difference between trumpets and aurelians. Can you explain it Tracey? Or is there none?

Aurelians are a Trumpet crossed with L. henryi which is why they have that 'starburst' in the throat.
Where are we going, and why am I in this hand-basket?

Disappointing. But still beautiful.

I have definitely decided I need more trumpets and aurelians.

Bad luck here with Awesome too. I think it rotted. Send up a little stem, then disappeared. I need to dig around and find out what's left underground. Henry's Surprise is a no show from my Fall plantings too. Wonder if the suprise is that it doesn't grow the first year??

I had Henry's Surprise for a couple years before I lost it. May not have survived the move.

Nice pics everyone.

Veronica, regarding your lost photo files, you might search for them via the search mode. If you have a windows system,
click Start >> Find or Search>> Files and Folders

you could get lucky.
