It is very exciting to see the blooming of seed grown tree peonies from Cricket Hill Gardens and Tree Peony Garden. Most of them are rockii tree peonies and the flowers are breathtaking:

Littlebin,
It was Rockii peony seeds. Every body said their had very high germination rates with Cricket hill garden peony seeds, I don't know what I did wrong, only had 6 little guy this year.
I loved the Rockii peony but they're too expensive. I only had one so far, I brought more seeds and give it another try.

Rockii hybrids are stunning. Can't say I've seen one that I ever would turn away. Hilarious! It's that purple center trait that often carries on to its offspring that really impress me.
