Hope you don't mind my gushing, but it is one special lily! Here's the oldest one I have, it's near the deck. I can see it easily through every window on the north side of the house.

Okay, one more...then I will move on....

'Madame Butterfly' from Faraway Flowers. Good bud count and gets nice and tall.

Greisbach Tetra pink trumpet strain

'Purple King' a unique looking color combo.

And 'Maywood', just starting to come open.

'Jameson' is one of the more interesting yellows, I think. It has some nice light spotting making it more interesting.

'Bonbini' The halo holds up in the heat

'Peace'

'Pink Brilliant'

'Bravura' a very large flowering OT from the Lily Garden

'Royal Gold' a deeply yellow trumpet with great substance and nice fragrance.

'Grandiose'....a more oriental looking OT from the Lily Garden. Very pretty with enormous flowers as well.

Midnight finally bloomed. It is NOT staying. There were a fer moments when I thought it was going to be deep purple but NO.

A beautiful color but not Midnight enough,more like Nine o'clock.

My 'Summer Palace' have much more depth in color than 'Midnight', which I think is so strange.

Polly, absolutely true about Morning Light.

But none of the others that I have are a problem: gracillimus, silberfeil, bluttenwunder, silberfeder, strictus and adagio play together very nicely with my lilies. So do feather reed grass and prairie dropseed. And trimming the tips of any grass that was coming into contact worked beautifully. ML is so gorgeous, I was glad I found a solution. Just wonder why it took so long!
