How could you tell?

a. You speak Feline.

b. They speak English (please Miss, can I have some mo'?)

c. You all speak some other common language (Cat-Latin?)

d. They ate it all up.

e. They had temper tantrums when it was all gone.

g. They had tug-a-wars like Lady and the Tramp with spaghetti.

g. There was obviously a King Cat over the grass patch.

h. They used it as cat currency.

i. They turned up their noses at the gourmet cat food.

Pretty much all of the above Lefty. I do speak cat and quite well I might add. I'm known for it in these parts actually.

The cats seemed more into anything green than ever, after weekly cat grass trials. One cat actually ended up with cyclical vomiting and it took two weeks to regain his health. Being an older cat, the vet prepped me for losing him. When he came through it, she said never, ever to give him plant material.

Maybe I'm just the one who has these lucky cats....the ones who eat the plants that are bad, the ones who eat 30+ rubberbands and need major abdominal surgery for an intestinal blockage and the ones who have crystals in their ureters and need to be hospitalized. Yep...we've seen it all. So you might know, that adding cat to my language data base has come in mighty handy.

So in the end, I found enormous vet bills to be counterproductive. No greens for these guys! When they started to attacked green crayons, I knew it had gone too far.

I am now a true believer in 9 lives for the feline. Trouble is, when you get them from the pound, you don't know how many have been already used up when you adopt them. Hilarious!

Hey I have some Silk Road x Bravura bulbs if anybody wants some. Not many, and they are still seedling size. They spent last year in the garden.
I am reasonably sure they are not diseased, but with lilies you never know, Agghh!!!
Just cubits mail me and I'll see how many there are to spread around.

Four or five I already have and don't want to be without. Two or three I didn't realize I had or had ordered elsewhere already Hilarious!

Bonuses were: Pup Art and Sunny Crown.

They substituted Love Story for Entertainer which I ordered. Not thrilled 'bout that. I okayed subs and I guess it's a gamble, but I'd expect something very similiar. Entertainer is deep pink, white star, green nectary, which is my absolute favorite combo. Love Story (which I had already purchased) is red w/white margins and was a lesser price....not a biggie, but....

Barbara: the creator of great lily lists. Nice selections. The Lily Nook folks are great and they usually have some unique options.

Yes. I was hoping to make an order there again this year. They haven't updated their website. Their lilies are great, but getting info from them is tough. Then last year they shipped them in the middle of winter.....But I love their lilies.

The Lily Nook shipping dates this year are April 15- May 15. Usually if you make a note on your order, they will follow through, especially when it comes to shipping. Or do you mean Maks? If that is the case, it is definitely not the first time I have heard that comment. Lovely lilies they create though.

I've never ordered from The Lily Nook. I do plan on it each year, and then I don't.
