The only cameras I own are on my phone and tablet. These tips can really help me. Hurray! Thank you.

The capabilities of both phones and tablets are vastly improved over what they were just a few years ago. I quite often use my tablet instead of draging out my camera. It gives some outstanding results and often contains many of the same features as a camera

Nice article Chuck. I have found that changing the angle dramatically changes the scene and I know there are some on this site who have been known to lay prone just to get the right angle of a special shot Smiling . Those are some nice pictures Thumbs up

My daughter's phone takes better pictures than my heavy, expensive Canon T3i. Don't get me wrong, I love my camera. But for quick, capture the moment photos, her phone does a fantastic job.

Nice article. I have a nikon 3100 and a little sony point and shoot. I love taking photos and have gotten great photos with both cameras. If I have time to putz around, I use the Nikon. BUT my point and shoot is always in my pocket, too. I don't use my camera phone much. It takes so-so pics.

We only use a point and shoot camera, as we don't have phones or tablets. And it isn't small to fit into a pocket.
