Rob - Since you were the first one to post a 2016 bloom, perhaps you could start a new thread called Bloom Season 2016 if you like.

They are gorgeous....

Autumn Tryst.....I dug it up this year and got rid of all of it but one small piece. I put that small piece in a pot and it sent up a beautiful stalk. So now I'm keeping it. Hilarious!

Echo Location.... I will have some to share this year.

Living on the Edge....I will have some to share this year.

Violet Music...planted last year and this is its first bloom. Check with me in Spring.

Rob, I would love to get a rhizome of Living on the Edge if you do divide it. I tip my hat to you.

I checked on the historic rebloomer I posted a week or so ago and the other 5 blooms never survived and are spongy and mushy.
Gimme it and I'll grow it!

I cannot believe that some of you are getting blooms. Even when I lived in California, albeit the mountains, all I ever saw and still see outside this time of the year is snow. But then we do not have the horrendous heat in the summer that some of you have. Guess I'll stay in Idaho.

Well, all we have to do is drive about 40 miles inland to have more
heat than I'd like to live with! But here, about 20 miles from the ocean,
there's always a bit of modulating breeze.

Barbara, I got you down for LotE.

It gets nasty hot here too. I'm really enjoying the weather we have right now. Cold, but not freezing

Does anyone else have anything in bloom?

Bloom stalks on Pink Attraction and Lest We Forget. Lows around 29 last two mornings and I had them covered since Saturday hoping to save them. Will see. Smiling

I don't have this one, though I do like it!! Haven't seen it for sale anywhere....

I am honoring Zowie because it reminds me that David Bowie named his son Zowie (but Zowie now goes by Duncan I see).

A great talent lost yesterday!

Nice ones blooming Deb and Les! Thumbs up

Just did a walk through and I do not see anything else coming up.

That's a cutie iris.... and RIP David Bowie. I almost rescued a calico cat over a year ago that had 2 different colored eyes. I was going to name him "Ziggy" as in Ziggy Stardust.

My flowering quince are finishing up already. Love seeing flowers but all this is a bit crazy.
