Our second contest is to make your own bird nest.
NO RULES ... just nests!

No postings of your nests until Sunday, August 21st. Feel free to ask questions though here. We’ll have a new place to post our completed nests and I’ll post the link on Saturday night.

PRIZE
The winner will receive Buttercup, the adorable polymer clay bird that Chris made.
Buttercup was in Chris’ cubits shop but is now at ATP, waiting for her new nest.

Build your own "nest"? I don't have a clue what I'd make. Buttercup is so sweet I might have to put on my thinking cap.

Pretend you are a bird...thinking about things you can build a nest with.

Or create one out of something.

I'm not sure, Chris will need to let us know. I was kind of thinking about the size of a small soup bowl for the nest. I'll send this link to Chris and maybe she can let us know.

A Saucer would be a good size... Eggs or eggless???

Ooooo, I'm loving this one. My "ball" ended up in a rolling totem/obelisk (but I did make one) ... so I'm on to this contest. I have my idea. I'm not sure whether it strictly meets the critera, but I often "color outside of the lines". So what's new?

Oh man!! I got a TON of arts and crafts stuff to choose from. Now just need to decide what to use!!! Maybe I will use just a bit of everything. ;)
