LOL Sharon, I do have quite a few blonde moments too. It seems as I age they are multiplying too for some reason!

Charleen, what do you spray it with? I clean nests out of the wren houses every spring but didn't know there was a way to preserve them.

I didn't know you could preserve a real one either!

I haven't sprayed it yet. I found it on the ground when I was walking to the mailbox. It is a small nest woven with leaves of grass and fine grass , it is so precious. What do you recommend???
I thought abut using a clear spray on it. Krylon is what I have....Would that hold it together???

Wow, you all have been busy, Char, love the little critters. It do look like you robbed a Robin's nest. I haven't even thought of a nest yet, I'm not calling it a blonde mement it in fact it's a brain fart. I just now figured out what to do for the ball challenge. Senior moments are coming faster by the day too.

I don't know, I seriously thinking, clear Krylon spray. But Hairspray might work.

I got so enamored with that adorable owl that I forgot to say that I have my nest all ready. Yippee for me!!!
