Thought that would perk you up! They had Almond Verbena blooming in gal. pots for $6.99.

Lots of 4" pots, but they are $2.49. Think they were same price last year. I found a couple of big plants I want, but thought I'd wait until you come. That way I can tell DH.....".but see, she bought more than I did!"

HAHAHAHA, that's what I was going to say to my DH!! Still can, I guess, lol
I can go any day next week except Monday. Sweet Almond Verbena is one of the plants I am looking for !

@Jolana 'Me too, any day is fine. Tuesday would be good. I remember you mentioned the Verbena in an earlier post. When I saw it I took a photo, but it was full sun and I don't see it on my phone.

@Esperanza, is there a day next week you can meet up with us?

Wednesday would work better for me. Although, if needed I could do Tuesday. Hopefully Sundays Vday sale will go well so I have some fun cash. wish me luck!

Jolana, it will be nice to meet you and Sandi wonderful to have a fellow plant nerd nearby! I will want to decompress next week and what a better way to do it than plant shopping

Thankyou! We will be at 16517 F.M. 1325 Austin 78728 on Sunday from 10 am until sold out. This will be a new location so it will be new and exciting. Always a little scary testing out a new market area but I am looking forward to it. We will have tents, banners, and balloons to make it all festive and incredibly warm weather for February

Those are so artistic, Audrey! I'm sure you'll have lots of plant money by Wednesday! I'll try to get to The Great Outdoors and see what they have out. I feel sure that they are ready for spring there too, though. We can surely hit two nurseries in one day!

Aaahh! Spring! Big flocks flying north all day yesterday filling the air with music from time to time. And fragrance! The odor of skunk is becoming a common occurrence from time to time .

The Huisache here are starting to bloom - a rather sickly sweet smell. Also a sign of spring? I guess we'll never be rid of them all.

So I dragged DH to The Great Outdoors today! It was crowded! First stop was the tropical greenhouse.
