Perennial Obsessions will only have sedum and misc. succulents available for purchase right now. The semps should be available again in the fall.

OK I've gotten the menu finalized. Hope you are all ready for a fun banquet! Even got that special tripe plate that Lynn requested.... OK that's a JOKE! I'm sure Robert's would be appalled by serving tripe!

Garden Time TV will be filming my yard on Monday to talk about the semps. It should be on the show the following weekend. That will give you a heads up as to what will be seen at the clinic.

Maybe a good opportunity to plug your new book. Green Grin!

Any literature you could pick up at this clinic that may be helpful to me would be appreciated also, if that's not to much trouble. Thanks so much!!!

Wish you could come Suga. It is an amazing group of plant lovers.

You all can watch Garden Time on Youtube.com. We actually watch it on our TV through Youtube. We don't have regular TV any more.
For those of you that have not watched the videos made by Toby Landers during the very first clinic. Here are links to the four part video.

Maybe we should all watch them again, so we can brush up before this next clinic? Hurray!

I don't know if Toby is going to tape this clinic or not. I'll be using an advanced copy of the hybridizing chapter from my book as most of the class this year but it will not be available because of the copyright conditions with my publisher. We will be using the evaluation methods on several new semps that are quite sensational. In the seedling beds, we'll be going over how I chose the parents in my crosses and why the results as they are. Those parts won't be copyrighted. The evaluation techniques are really there to make you aware of all of the attributes of a plant.

There are so many exciting colors in the seedlings this year. Lynn saw them before they had developed most of their color. Now they are almost SCREAMING. Don't you wish that some of the old timers could come back to see these new ones? It would blow their minds!

So looking forward to your visit!

Kevin
