I love my JMs and they're just getting started. I only have 3-4. I know 2 of the guys from DOG's Northeast forum, Wa and Victorgardener both had quite a few they had collected. Has anyone heard from them at all? I hailed the NE forum a couple of times to come join us, but have only seen a few.

Very nice Julia. Great color and texture combinations.
Not sure why, but the first photo enlarges but the rest won't.

Enjoying this thread and all your lovely container gardens. I just finished getting all my annuals for my containers, and of course we are expecting a frost and possible freeze tonight. Thumbs down

Seeing some wonderful containers. Mine were all planted and just getting started when we had a bad hail storm. Shredded everything, but I think most will come back. Just ugly right now. A few coleus are total goners, but I have some extras rooting. Did a job on the succulents too.

Awwwww Susan, what a disappointment, hope everything survives and keeps growing.

It's still too cold at night to put container plants out. All I have are the semps which are permanent.

I put out two containers and had lots of annuals to be potted. We had a frost and hard freeze last night. All had to get covered or stuffed in the garage. Usually we consider after Mother's Day to be relatively safe...not this year. Of course a couple years ago it was still snowing on the 13th of May. Minnesota weather is so fickle.

I'll have to get a few pics of our perennial containers if Holly doesn't. They are looking pretty good.

There is yellow snapdragons in there that aren't blooming yet. And tiny Lady's Mantle that will fill in. And two types of trailers that will bloom, the creeping jenny will bloom yellow and the Portulaca will bloom red.

Beautiful container plants!
Same pots for me different blooms. Also got amaryllis seeds from the red ones spent blooms, which I sowed today.
