Sorry for us not seeing this Hari. I follow the Adenium forum and do not watch this forum.
Does this tree have reddish colored leaves? It is hard to tell in photo and I see white marks on the leaves. Is this dried up marks or white variegation on the leaves?

My first thought was an Adenium called "Nila Kan" which has reddish tones to the leaves. More so to the new leaves. With this tree, the flowers are red and they most often are not fully formed blooms.
Sometimes they are.
This tree was one from a gentleman in Florida that had sprayed a row of weeds on the ground with a weed killer and it got on many of the plants. One in particular did come back and it regrew with reddish leaves. Since then this tree has been propagated by grafting and is quite well spread throught out North America and most of Asia. That of course, if it is Nila Kan.

You must not have clicked on his photos? Everything you described is clearly evident in the photos. Aborted flowers with one whole flower 18 months later. The leaves have a red cast and the new growth is all red. There is variegation on some of the leaves and nothing dry at all. Not much out there on A.'Nila Kan' and no entry for it in the database here. Very interesting history of it's origins.

I did click on the photo's and was hoping for clarification from the owner to confirm. It is not all as clear as one might think. Most "Nila Kaan cultivars have red tones through out all the leaves, not just new growth. The deformed flowers are not aborted, this is the form of the flower and very few ever have fully developed blooms.
There is quite a bit out there on this tree when searched.
It does not surprise me that it is not in the data base of ATP.

Yes this tree have reddish colored leaves And i have put this tree in indoor at that time
some of the leaves get dis coloured
i have seen this tree same as mine
