I did click on the photo's and was hoping for clarification from the owner to confirm. It is not all as clear as one might think. Most "Nila Kaan cultivars have red tones through out all the leaves, not just new growth. The deformed flowers are not aborted, this is the form of the flower and very few ever have fully developed blooms.
There is quite a bit out there on this tree when searched.
It does not surprise me that it is not in the data base of ATP.
