I thought it would be OK. She told me she really needed to go to the library. And she wanted to wear the pareo though I thought it might be a little cool. So she started for the door, then came back saying she needed her hat because it was a little windy.



The library is pretty close to my house, I walk the 3 blocks all the time. She came back a time or two, I didn't pay a lot of attention.



She's now in for the night. She looks a little rough around the edges and I'd swear she started out with a pareo, I don't know when she switched for a scarf. And where's her hat? Her glasses?



I heard the sirens a time or two while she was gone, didn't think much about it. I guess I'll have to go out tomorrow morning to see if I can find the pareo and hat. And glasses.

I sure hope she sleeps late in the morning.
It's the only time it's ever quiet around here, when she sleeps.

At least she got home with her roller skates.

I know Vic. I sit here and just roll with laughter. My son looked over at me last night, and I said come see. I tried to explain Ruby to him, all the while laughing, but he just looked at me like I had just lost my mind. I'm afraid I've scored yet another point for my senility. Isn't getting older so much fun. We can get away with most anything and the young ones just mark it up as...... I love it! So much youth wasted on being so serious about everything.

Vic, Becky, I think we need a road trip. We need to get to Kentucky for an intervention. I'm afraid Ruby has taken over. I can't help thinking "what if she had arms?!"
