It looks a lot like a Cordyline, possibly one called Pele's Smoke

I agree with Jean that it is a Cordyline fruiticosa. I am leaning that it is 'Tricolor' or 'Sherbert' , as 'Pele's Smoke' has only medium sized purplish-gray streaks running through a green leaf. How much sun is your plant growing in? Leaf size?

I looked at my plants this afternoon and I ID it as 'Sherbert'

I really couldn't be sure about the color, I was going by bloom and leaf shape. I am glad you agree on the genus.

Thanks, Jean and Scott.
There are two growing in pots under a huge pecan tree - so they are shaded most of the day. We purchased this house and they were left here.
