My left click on my mouse is almost a goner. It only works some times, driving me crazy. Seems to be worse on ATP then anywhere else. I think I nearing the time for a new computer anyway. I dread moving all those files.

I sure hope it decides to send up another stalk. It looks like there would have been three blooms on the lost one.

I'm still using an old Microsoft that's not supported any more, and it's slowly dying. I don't think a new mouse will solve my problems. Smiling

I just got a new computer because Microsoft first quit letting me update Explorer at about Explorer 9. Then Google announced they would no longer support my version of Microsoft. Then they slowed things down. So I bought a new computer under protest. I hate that they pretty much make a computer obsolete within five years just so you keep buying new technology. And I hate that Windows 10 wants you to create an account (asking for way too much private info) and puts everything in apps like a cell phone. I have heard from tech people that the conversion to apps is so they can start charging you a monthly fee for the use of different programs in the future. Thumbs down

Apple is no better with the planned obsolescence..

Every 6 years, like it or not... And I've got every one I've ever owned.. Three desk tops going back to a floppy disc.. 2 lap tops and an iPad and iPhone..

Dave downloaded the new operating system on his laptop and had to take it in for repairs because it was not happy w the new system. I wish they'd make a senior edition laptop that might do fewer things, but last for at least 10 years.. And be capable of burning cd's.

When my car was getting serviced recently, I event in and looked at the new models, and found out that they no longer supply a 5 cd changer as I have in my car. Just a single slot now. Glare

My car has a port to connect your music source like an MP3 etc. I've never used it, but I do use the CD changer, and it holds 5. Mostly I use it when I'm on longer trips and can't get my Public Radio station.

Sherry - you would probably have to get a multi-disc changer specially installed nowadays, because as Tom said, everything in cars is set up to plug your iPod into. I have a CD player/burner that attaches to my computer through a USB port. It is useful because the CD burner then is portable. I have had to bring it to work a few times.

No iPod's in this house. Dave is an audio engineer and hates the way MP3's sound.

RIP 'Rancho Rose'. I treated some rot earlier, and the rhizomes are firm, but the roots have all collapsed. I'm not sure what the cause was... Zesting Lemons isn't looking too good either... Glare
