I have been trying to avoid that medical treadmill, but my wife and daughter are currently trapped on it for now it seems. Just be ready to climb off the first chance you get, otherwise you are in for a marathon run on a treadmill. I trained for a half marathon once on a treadmill, it was not fun.

Hi Larry, I agree...I'm OK with my cardiologist, but I just told myself yesterday to remember she's not a god and that nobody knows my body and what's going on better than I do. I tend to get scared and do as I'm told. I think it's very odd that I feel absolutely fine UNTIL I VISIT THE CARDIOLOGIST. Then I come home with my heart racing, feeling terrible all over and I'm convinced that Yes, I have major heart disease. Two days later...I'm fine again. *LOL*
I am not "country" I am "landed gentry."
